Queen Anne Painting & Carpentry’s employees are its greatest asset.

Owners Doug Wold and Rita McGee are always interested in meeting positive and self-motivated individuals who might like to join the team. Providing a welcoming work environment; an inclusive company culture and valuing everyone’s contribution to our exceptional customer service we’ve provided for over 40 years.

Relationship-driven and focused on helping employees grow in their careers, we are passionate about promoting from within the company. Nearly half of the crew leaders learned to paint at the company before being promoted to more senior level jobs. In addition, the project managers were all crew leaders prior to advancing into manager positions. Even though the average tenure of crew leaders is nearly 10 years, we are growing and always looking for the right people
to advance and grow with the rest of the team.

We value teamwork, professionalism and strong organizational skills, which is why training is a key part to our company culture. Every employee receives training — not only in craft skills and safe work practices, but also in company wide systems and processes.

Bring it all together for what we call, The Queen Anne Difference!

We are committed to supporting employees in their daily work and crews are provided with tools and uniforms. Utilizing the highest quality paints, tools and equipment to help achieve the best results as efficiently as possible, which benefits both employees and customers. The company has done product testing and assisted with research for 3M®, Benjamin Moore® and most recently, Festool®.

Our jobsite safety program we implement is of the highest of standards and provides safety training for all craft employees. In addition, all lead painters and carpenters receive Red Cross First Aid Cards, EPA Lead Renovator certifications while also participating in ongoing, in-shop crew leader development training.

We’re committed to ensuring that each team member looks forward to their work day. Paying competitive wages and offering a benefits package that includes paid vacations and sick leave, medical and a 401(k) for all qualified employees. Queen Anne Painting & Carpentry is an equal opportunity employer. Employment is based solely upon individual merit, qualifications and potential. Our teams are diverse and are open to like-minded people. Drug screen and criminal background check required.

So, whether you’re a skilled craftsman, have some experience and are looking for a

searching for a satisfying trade to learn and grow into, please contact us, we look
forward to hearing from you.
