We are always interested in meeting positive and self-motivated individuals who might like to join our team of painters and carpenters. We offer a welcoming work environment, an inclusive company culture and we highly value every team member’s contribution to our quality work and exceptional customer service.

Relationship-driven and focused on helping employees grow in their careers, we are passionate about promoting from within the company.
Nearly half of the crew leads learned to paint at the company before being promoted to more senior level positions. In addition, the project managers were all crew leads prior to advancing into management positions. Even though the average tenure of crew leads is nearly 10 years, we are growing and always looking for the right people to advance and grow with the rest of the team

We value teamwork, professionalism and strong organizational skills, which is why training is a key part to our painting and carpentry company culture.
Every employee receives training — not only in craft skills and safe work practices, but also in companywide systems and processes. We are committed to supporting our employees.

All crews are provided with tools and uniforms.
Utilizing the highest quality tools, equipment, paints and products to help achieve the best results as efficiently as possible, which benefits both employees and customers. The company has been part of product testing and assisted with research for 3M®, Benjamin Moore® and most recently, Festool®.

Our jobsite safety program meets the highest standards, providing safety training for all craft employees.
In addition, all crew leads receive Red Cross First Aid Training, EPA Lead Renovator Certifications, while also participating in ongoing, in-shop crew lead development training.

We’re committed to ensuring that each team member looks forward to their workday.
We pay competitive wages and offer a benefits package that includes paid vacations and sick leave, medical and a 401(k) for all qualified employees. Queen Anne Painting & Carpentry is an equal opportunity employer. Employment is based solely upon individual merit, qualifications and potential. Our teams are diverse and are open to like-minded people.

Drug screen and criminal background check required.

“Whether you’re a skilled craftsman, have some experience and looking for a company with opportunities for you to advance, or have no experience, but are searching for a satisfying trade to learn and grow into, please contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.”
